Which plan is right for our school?

Start with Free for a standard profile and parent enquiries. Starter adds a stronger profile, tour bookings and basic Parent Insights. Growth adds lead capture and fuller Parent Insights. Premium adds the strongest listing prominence, advertising and AI Photo Editor. Use the feature comparison to match a plan to your school’s priorities, or ask us for help choosing.

Can we try paid features before committing, and what happens when the trial ends?

Eligible schools can try a paid plan for 30 days. When starting a new trial, you confirm the plan, billing period, invoice details and paid continuation terms. No invoice is issued before the trial ends. Unless you cancel paid continuation before the stated end date, the chosen plan continues and BestSchools invoices the school. If you cancel in time, trial access lasts until that date, then the school returns to Free. Read the trial terms before starting.

What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed for the year; the monthly figure shown for an annual plan is the yearly price divided by 12, not a monthly payment schedule. Use the billing switch above to compare the current prices and annual savings. The selected billing period and amount are shown before you confirm.

Do prices include GST, and can we pay by invoice?

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Yes, BestSchools supports school invoicing. You can provide an invoice email address and an optional CC address when confirming a plan, so your accounts team receives the invoice. For school networks or bulk pricing, contact our team.

Can we upgrade, downgrade or cancel our plan?

Contact BestSchools to arrange a change or cancellation to a paid plan and confirm when it will take effect. If your trial is scheduled to continue on a paid plan, cancel that continuation in the billing area before the stated end date to avoid the first invoice. Your trial remains available until that date, then your school returns to Free.
